Attorney General and Staff Members Volunteer at Veterans Home as part of the Christie Administration’s “Season of Service”

Attorney General Porrino had the pleasure of meeting with the most senior resident, Sam Klemow, 102 years old, who proudly served in World War II. During their discussions, Sam recited the Gettysburg Address by heart!

Later in the day, the Attorney General’s staff helped veterans participate in their afternoon Bingo game.

The N.J. Veterans Memorial Home accommodates 305 residents on a full-time basis.
