The Juvenile Justice Commission is proposing to re-adopt with amendments the rules promulgated at N.J.A.C. 13:91, Transfer of Adjudicated Delinquents to the New Jersey Department of Corrections.

The proposed amendments will clarify certain due process protections afforded to juveniles proposed to be transferred to DOC.

A formal Notice of Proposal was published in the New Jersey Register on June 15, 2015 at 47 N.J.R. 1306(a).
