Attorney General Platkin and Division on Civil Rights Issue Guidance on Protections for Remote Workers
Attorney General Matthew J. Platkin and the Division on Civil Rights (DCR) announced today that DCR has issued guidance explaining protections afforded by the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (LAD) to individuals who work remotely for New Jersey-based employers.
