All Municipal Issuing Authorities:
Announcement emails will be sent to registered Municipal and Law Enforcement Users regarding enhancements to permits and the creation of a portal for Law Enforcement Users. Add the following emails to your safe senders list to ensure you receive updates and system notifications:

NOTICE TO ALL LICENSEES:
Renewal Notices have been sent out. You received an access code with each license. However, If you own more than one license, you should only need to use one code. Your licenses will be combined.
DO NOT SHARE YOUR CODE with anyone. Please use it; sign on and become a registered user even if you don’t intend to take any immediate action. If you are authorizing an attorney or agent to represent you, they will have to follow registration instructions to be posted on the web page soon.
If you have not received your instructional Renewal Letter by June 4th, 2015 please contact the Division at 609-984-2830, have your license number ready.
A memo was sent to all New Jersey municipalities in April of 2015. Chiefs of Police were copied to keep them informed about the upcoming system launch.
Municipal Clerks or ABC Secretaries Municipal Clerk’s or ABC Secretaries should e-mail their information to POSSEAdmin@lps.state.nj.us
- Information to be included: First name, Last name, phone number E-mail Address, Municipality, and Four Digit Municipal Code
- Receipt of this information will help assure that a User ID is created for the municipality in the new system
